Passion Fruit Cranberry Relish with Açai recipe

12 ¼-cup servings

Ingredients

  • 1 large navel orange, including zest
  • 1 cup Pitaya Foods Passion Fruit Cubes
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • ½ large Honey Crisp apple, peeled & chopped
  • 1 Tbs. Pitaya Foods Açai Berry Powder
  • ¼ cup Bare Honey Bee Pollen Infused Honey

Preparation

  1. Microplane zest from orange. Peel and discard rind, then coarsely chop flesh.
  2. Combine all ingredients in heavy-bottom saucepan. Place over medium heat and bring to simmer. Cook, stirring often, until fruits have softened and cranberries have popped, about 12–15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Refrigerate before serving, preferably overnight.
